How do you return an item and get a refund ?

If the product does not match your expectations, you have to return it within 30 working days from the receiving by post to.

Your return will be handled by Mondial Relay. In order to obtain your Mondial Relay return label, simply sign in to your Etrier account on our website and click on “Return an order”. Next, please follow the steps to obtain the return label.

ATTENTION: without this return label, you cannot send us back your order.

In this case, note that you'll have to cover any transport expense. You can send back your order to this address:

The return parcel must be in its original state and complete (packing, accessories...) and come with a copy of the invoice and the return sheet duly filled up.

Any incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.

Refund period

The returned items will be refunded within 14 days after shipment of your return parcel.

Complaints / Lost parcels

Please keep the deposit slip of the Mondial Relay point, as it will count as proof in case of any lost parcels.

If you return your items by your own means, Etrier.fr is not responsible for loss of your return parcel. In that case, you will have to contact the carrier yourself.

Exchange in an Edisac shop

You can exchange an Etrier item in an Edisac shop until 15 days after delivery of your order. The item(s) must be in its original state and complete (packing, accessories...) and come with a copy of the invoice.

Any incomplete, damaged or soiled products will not be accepted.
